Kèr Kègājāfgom (/ˈcɛgəˑ/ /ˈʤəˑfgom/ [ball; sphere] [awkward]) is a subtropical Town located in Iosupumuji Hold, Vevíhgbùg Provence, within the Tauranian United Provinces.

The name Kèr Kègājāfgom is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Kègājāfgom was founded by Nantera Foulkes, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Kègājāfgom has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Kèr Kègājāfgom receives an average of 153 cm/y (60 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kèr Kègājāfgom covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 4722 m (15492 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Kèr Kègājāfgom was founded durring the early 12th century in summer of the year 1114, by Nantera Foulkes. The establishment of Kèr Kègājāfgom suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Kègājāfgom which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Kèr Kègājāfgom was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kègājāfgom is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Kèr Kègājāfgom, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all preforming the same rituals to bless and anoint building,s streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holysymbols is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This town certainly loves its god.

Kèr Kègājāfgom's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.

In Kèr Kègājāfgom rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Kèr Kègājāfgom was attacked by a renegade group of the army. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kèr Kègājāfgom lost 237 people, 387 livestock, and 62 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 86, when members of Kèr Kègājāfgom's militia enacted an operation to escort a particular irregulars group to a safe location. The operation was complicated by the officers in charge fight among themselves, weakening the army as a whole. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a crushing defeat for Kèr Kègājāfgom's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kèr Kègājāfgom's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
